Brian was the volunteer assistant and manager of the University of North Carolina at Greensboro under Coach Michael Parker from 2006-to the fall of 2008. At that time, he had the most wins in collegiate soccer history. His duties included supervise games, practices and events, counseled team members in academic,disciplinary and personal matters; assisted in monitoring the academic progress,and eligibility status of student-athletes. At Brescia University he serves as the GK Coach/ Recruiting Coordinator.
During the same time he coached club for the Gulf Coast Texans Mobile. His U11 boys were winners of the Pensacola Bay tournament, and Destin Shootout along the gulf coast. They were also ranked #6 in the State of Alabama. He also coached the U17 and U18 Mobile Bay FC to a D2 State Championship and a President’s Cup appearance representing the state of Alabama. Seven of those players went on to play collegiate soccer. Brian was named Mobile Bay FC Club coach of the year in 2014.
Brian spent four years as the Varsity Girls’ soccer coach at St. Paul’s Episcopal School in Mobile, Alabama. His record while coaching at St. Paul’s was 72-26-4, and three trips to the Final Four of the State Cup. His team finished as State Runners-up in 2015 and 2016. Brian was named Alabama Coastal Alabama Coach of the year in 2015. Brian also coached the Varsity Girls at Corinth High school in North Mississippi from 2009-2013 with a record of 58-44-6. That team made the only appearance in the second round of the playoffs in school history. They also made the playoffs all five years and won district 3 out of the five years.
Brian holds an Advanced National Diploma, National Youth License from the United Soccer Coaches Association, and a National D License from US Soccer. Brian holds degrees from Mississippi State and University of North Carolina-Greensboro.
